Shopping for fragrance decants can raise a few questions, so we’ve put together this guide to help you feel confident in your purchase.

Q: How do I know your fragrance decants are authentic?

A: Rest assured, all of our decants are 100% authentic. We source our fragrances directly from genuine, full-sized retail bottles. No imitations, no dupes—just the real deal in a more accessible size.

Q: How do you decant the fragrances?

A: We use a precise, no-contact syringing method to transfer each fragrance into high-quality glass atomizers. This ensures the scent stays pure, unaltered, and exactly as the perfumer intended.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery within the UK usually takes 2-3 business days. Plus, all orders come with tracked shipping so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: At the moment, we only ship within the UK. However, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Q: How many sprays do I get from each decant?

A: Here’s an estimate for how many sprays you can expect from each size:

  • 3ml – ~45 sprays

  • 5ml – ~75 sprays

  • 8ml – ~120 sprays

Each size gives you plenty of wear to explore, test, layer, or take on the go.

Q: Can I return a fragrance decant if I change my mind?

A: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on decants. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I request a fragrance that’s not listed on your site?

A: Absolutely! If you have a specific fragrance in mind, feel free to contact us. We’re always adding new scents to our collection and will do our best to source the one you're looking for.
