Verse Scents – Return & Refund Policy
At Verse Scents, your satisfaction means everything to us. Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Because our decants are individually prepared and classified as personal cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, unwanted items, or if you simply do not like the scent.
We currently ship within the UK only, so this policy applies to all UK customers.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
- damaged
- leaking
- faulty
- or you received the wrong item
contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@versescents.com, including:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items (for Hygiene Reasons)
We cannot accept returns on:
- opened or unopened perfume decants
- any fragrance vials that have been used or unsealed
- items returned due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the scent)
- sale items
- gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:
- it will be issued to your original payment method
- refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@versescents.com.
Exchanges
Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we do not offer exchanges.
If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will replace or refund it once verified.
